Two flavours of setting

Settings that change with the business live in the database and are editable live. Settings that change with a deployment live in configuration.

• Seven live setting groups — site, trading, catalogue, pricing, fulfilment, inventory, public API
• Options bound from configuration for anything a deployment owns
